1. Payment
All payment must be received by the date of the event. Training places will be confirmed once payment has been received, or a Purchase Order Number has been given. Late payments may incur an administration fee of £50 plus VAT.

2. VAT
If you are required to pay VAT on the training course, a VAT invoice will be emailed to you on acceptance of your order. (VAT number GB 742 5286 29)
3. Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made in writing. All places are transferable (please let HL7 UK know for administration purposes).
- Cancellations made up to 4 weeks before the Training Course will be refunded 100%.
- Cancellations between 2 and 4 weeks will be refunded 50%.
- Cancellations less than 2 weeks before the Training Course will not be refunded
5. Event Changes
HL7 UK Ltd reserves the right to change the specification and format of the Training Course without notice. For Face-toFace courses, if it is necessary to change the location of the Training Course, HL7 UK will notify the customer as soon as reasonably possible. HL7 UK reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any Training Course and will advise the customer as soon as any change is known. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, HL7 UK will refund in full any monies paid by the customer or, at the customer’s option, apply such monies to a rescheduled or alternative Training Course. In such an event HL7 UK Ltd’s liability will be restricted to the refund of course fees.
6. Copyright
The copyright and all intellectual property rights in all Training Course materials are the sole and exclusive property of René Spronk, Ringholm bv, or as stated on the course materials. You undertake that you will not copy or disclose or sell or hire any of the Training Course materials to any third parties, nor use the same for running your own Training Course.
7. Liability
The customer accepts that it is their responsibility to verify that each Training Course is suitable for the requirements of the participant and that the participant has the appropriate level of competence for the Training Course.
