Please note that under current naming conventions, ballots are named
according to the month following a ballot in which the Working Group
Meeting runs. This means that even though a ballot may run through
August/September, it will be called the September Ballot cycle because the WGM at
which the ballot is dealt with takes place in September.

Ballot pool enrollment will be available from a date at least two weeks preceding the ballot pool opening date and will continue until one week before ballot pool close. While the exact dates are dependent upon individual pool ballot open and close dates, in general the signup period dates are as follows:
