Voting by HL7 UK Members

There is a Technical Committee Ballot Discussion on 17 September 2010 to discuss and finalize UK votes for the upcoming HL7 International ballot. UK votes are cast in accordance with a UK consensus position, and this meeting is being held in order to form that consensus. If you are interested but unable to attend, please send input by email to the HL7 UK TC Chair before the call, preferably by 16th September

  1. Login to HL7.org via the HL7 UK website (you must login to the HL7 UK site before you can access the HL7 login from the main menu) and select Participate>Online Balloting from the main menu
  2. Select the link to the Ballot Desktop to get to the ballots home page. On the right hand side of this page is a column labelled Cmnt. In this column is a WinZip icon and clicking on it will download the full set of ballot spreadsheets.

The spreadsheets all follow the same format and contain instructions for completion. It is much easier if you use these spreadsheets to submit comments.

All voting from members of HL7 UK must be done via one or more of the eight votes allocated to the UK and managed by the Technical Committee Chair.
