HL7 International Call for Nominations for Co-Chair Elections

At the Jan 2012 WGM the following HL7 work groups will be conducting co-chair elections and these are open to HL7 UK Members. The deadline for nominations is Friday, November 18, 2011. (Nominations submitted after the deadline will not be accepted; however, write-ins will be accepted during the January WGM). HL7 UK currently have several members who are actively involved in HL7 leadership positions. 

• Attachments - electing two co-chairs to fill the positions currently held by Durwin Day and Craig Gabron (both of whom may be re-elected)

• Child Health - electing two co-chairs to fill the positions currently held by Andy Spooner and Feliciano Yu (both of whom may be re-elected)

• Clinical Context Object Workgroup - electing one co-chair to fill the position currently held by David Staggs (who may be re-elected)

• Clinical Decision Support - electing one co-chair to fill the position currently held by Guilherme Del Fiol (who may be re-elected)

• Clinical Genomics - electing one co-chair to fill the position currently held by Joyce Hernandez (who may be re-elected)

• Clinical Interoperability Council - electing two co-chairs to fill the positions currently held by Anita Walden (who may be re-elected) and Sam Brandt (who resigned)
  

• Clinical Statement - electing one co-chair to fill the position currently held by Patrick Loyd (who may be re-elected)

• Community Based Collaborative Care - electing two co-chairs to fill the positions currently held by Suzanne Gonzales-Webb and Max Walker (both of whom may be re-elected)
  

• Electronic Health Records - electing two co-chairs to fill the positions currently held by Gary Dickinson and Patricia Van Dyke (both of whom may be re-elected)
  

• Emergency Care - electing two co-chairs to fill the positions currently held by Laura Heermann Langford and Don Kamens (both of whom may be re-elected)
  

• Generation of Anesthesia Standards - electing one co-chair to fill the position currently held by Martin Hurrell (who may be re-elected)
  

• Government Projects - electing one co-chair to fill the position currently held by Mitra Rocca (who may be re-elected)
  

• Health Care Devices - electing two co-chairs to fill the positions currently held by Todd Cooper and John Rhoads (both of whom may be re-elected)
  

• Imaging Integration - electing one co-chair to fill the position currently held by Harry Solomon (who may be re-elected)
  

• Implementable Technology Specifications - electing one co-chair to fill the position currently held by Paul Knapp (who may be re-elected)
  

• Infrastructure & Messaging - electing one co-chair to fill the position currently held by Tony Julian (who may be re-elected)
  

• Patient Administration - electing one co-chair to fill the position currently held by Jay Zimmerman (who may be re-elected)
  

• Patient Care - electing two co-chairs to fill the positions currently held by Kevin Coonan (INTERIM) and Hugh Leslie (INTERIM) (both of whom may be re-elected) NOTE: Subject to change based on the results of a Doodle Poll currently being conducted.
