	HL7 Version 3 is a key foundation of the NHS National Programme for Information Technology (NPfIT) and the Integrated Care Records Service (ICRS). It is a "must have" technology. Given this pivotal role, it is now more important than ever to be up to date with HL7 Version 3. HL7 UK 2003 will help you to do just that.
